Published Books

The Beader's Color Palette won the Library Journal's "Best Craft Book" award the year it was published. I conceived, wrote, photographed, and co- designed the book for Watson-Guptill, a division of Random House. The Beader's Guide to Color was the first book to explore the use of color in the medium of glass and metal beads. I conceived, wrote, photographed, and co-designed the book for Watson-Guptill, a division of Random House. The Beader's Guide Design: A Beautiful Exploration of Unity, Balance, Color & More explores the fundamental principles of visual design 144 pages of exercises, lavish photos, illustrations, diagrams, and reader challenges. I conceived, wrote, designed, photographed and produced all final artwork (except for the cover). My two self-published books, Out On A Loom and Beading Her Image, are intricate pattern and design books for glass bead loom-weaving artists. I designed and produced all artwork, photography, Photoshop and InDesign files, and marketing collateral.
